How can I change my billing preferences?

If you wish to change the manner in which you make payment, you can do so online by logging into the Member Portal and clicking on the Make a Payment button on the upper right corner. Or you can access our automated payment collection system by calling  877-367-4811. For additional assistance, please call our Customer Care department at 1-844-561-5600.

Payments can be set up as a recurring monthly charge by using a credit card, debit card, or ACH bank draft. We can also accept your monthly payments made by personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. If you elect to pay by personal check, cashier’s check or money order, detach and return the coupon portion from your billing statement with your payment.
