Open Enrollment on The Exchange Marketplace

Open enrollment for 2025 begins November 1, 2024. If you are a current customer, had no changes and continue to pay your premium, you are automatically enrolled.

For coverage beginning January 1, 2025, you must have completed your application by December 15, 2024. For coverage beginning February 1, 2025, you must complete your application by January 15, 2025 (except for NY residents, January 31, 2025).

Please visit the Marketplace to review your current application to make sure your information (i.e. name, address, income) is still current and correct. If you have changes, update your application and re-elect your Guardian Dental plan. Read below to find out what you need to do to enroll.

Current customers

Customers who are currently enrolled in a dental plan from Guardian or one of its subsidiaries will be sent a letter from us in the mail with information to renew your dental plan for 2025.

If you do not have changes to the information you completed on your Marketplace or state exchange application last year (i.e. name, address, income) and will not change your plans (health and dental):

  • You will automatically be enrolled to continue your dental coverage.

  • Simply pay your premium by the requested due date.

If you are making changes to your application or want to change plans, go to one of the following websites to update your information and enroll in the plan you want for 2025.

NJ residents: getcovered.nj.gov

Pennsylvania residents: pennie.com

Virginia residents: marketplace.virginia.gov

All other states: healthcare.gov

    Complete an application or log in

    To see what plans you may be eligible for, you’ll need to start a Marketplace application and create an account. You’ll need to provide some personal information to the exchange, as well as setup security questions. Once you create an account, you’ll be able to log in without having to complete this process again.

  3. 03.
    Choose a plan

    After you complete your application, you’ll be able to view health plans on the Health Insurance Marketplace. Once you purchase a health plan, you can then shop and purchase a Guardian Dental Plan.

Choose your plan

You’ll need to select a health plan before you can choose your Guardian Dental plan. In ID, MN, NJ, PA, and VA a medical plan election is not required to purchase a Guardian Dental plan.

Make your payment

Once your application and selection are complete, you’ll have two payment options:
- Pay Now
- Make a payment upon receipt of initial payment letter.
