To see what plans you may be eligible for, you’ll need to start a Marketplace application and create an account. You’ll need to provide some personal information to the exchange, as well as setup security questions. Once you create an account, you’ll be able to log in without having to complete this process again.
After you complete your application, you’ll be able to view health plans on the Health Insurance Marketplace. Once you purchase a health plan, you can then shop and purchase a Guardian Dental Plan.

You’ll need to select a health plan before you can choose your Guardian Dental plan. In ID, MN, NJ, PA and VA, a medical plan election is not required to purchase a Guardian Dental plan.
