Your member ID number is a unique identifier that helps protect your identity and can be found in the following places:
- On the secure member service site. Login here.
- On your welcome letter
- On your ID card
- By calling 1-844-561-5600 to speak to one of our customer service representatives
Will I receive an ID card?
Your Member ID card is attached to your welcome letter; you can also obtain copies of ID cards for you and any family members who are also enrolled by logging onto the member portal, or calling 1-844-561-5600. ID Cards are not required to receive services.

You are not required to register online to access your benefits, but the secure member portal will provide you with information and materials that could help you to better understand and use your dental plan. Once registered, a Member can access:

About the Affordable Care Act and dental insurance
Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), insurers must provide coverage for 10 essential health benefits (EHBs). One of these benefits is for pediatric dental care for children under the age of 19, which is a comprehensive set of dental services including diagnostic and preventative benefits (like oral examinations, X-rays, topical fluoride, dental sealants) and restorative services (like fillings).
