How do I register my online account?

Protect your Privacy - do not ask your broker to register for you and keep your email and password secure.

  1. 01.

    Go to dentalexchange.guardiandirect.com.

  2. 02.

    In the upper-right corner, click “Register”.

  3. 03.

    You will need the following:
    -Your valid email address
    -A mobile phone that can accept SMS text messages
    -Your 10-digit Member ID (on your ID card)
    -Your date of birth using format MM/DD/YYYY

  4. 04.

    Complete the pop-up form with your First name, Last name and email address.

  5. 05.

    Input the following by following the prompts:
    -The code sent to your email
    -Choose your password
    -Provide mobile phone number
    -Enter code provided through text, verify & finish!

  6. 06.

    Follow the prompts. You will need to enter your 10-digit Member ID and Date of Birth using format MM/DD/YYYY.

    Click here to begin your registration.
